So the roasted beets were a no go with your fam?
Can I buy this photo as a print? It would look beautiful framed and hanging in my kitchen. In fact, if you are ever bored (yeah right) and you want to send me something I would LOVE (so shameless of me), you could take several more vegetable photographs in this light-magic way that Candace Chaney Photography is becoming known for. I have a really great recipe for a beet chocolate pie...just pureed beets and chocolate. I also add the pureed beets to spaghetti sauce. My husband and daughter never know.
